Mobile Invoice Assistant ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how our Android application collects, uses, and protects your information.

Mobile Invoice Assistant stores all data locally on your Android device. We collect and store:

• Invoice Information: Customer names and addresses, phone numbers, invoice numbers, delivery notes, and item descriptions.
• Images: Invoice photos, Proof of Delivery (POD) photos, and digital signatures.
• Location Data (Optional): Your current location for route optimization only. Never shared or transmitted beyond what is required for Google Maps geocoding when you activate that feature.

We do not collect, transmit, or access:

• Google account data, Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts
• Browsing history or device information
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data beyond what you manually enter into the app

No Google account login or authentication is required to use this app.

All data processing happens entirely on your device:

• OCR Processing: Google ML Kit processes invoice images locally on your device to extract text. No images or extracted text are transmitted to external servers.
• Route Optimization: Calculates delivery routes using locally stored addresses. Location is only accessed when you activate this feature.
• Data Storage: All information is saved to a local SQLite database on your device.
• Photo Storage: Images are saved to the app's private storage directory on your device.

We do not share your data with any third parties.

The only time data leaves your device is when you choose to export it (CSV, Excel, JSON) or share it via Android's built-in share dialog (email, Google Drive, etc.). These actions are entirely controlled by you.

• Google ML Kit (On-Device): Performs text recognition entirely on your device. No data is sent to Google servers.
• Google Maps SDK (Optional): Used only when you activate route optimization. Subject to Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Only your current location and delivery addresses are accessed, and only when this feature is in use.

• All data remains on your Android device in the app's private directory, inaccessible to other apps.
• No cloud storage or remote servers are used by this app.
• The app uses Android's built-in security features and private storage to prevent unauthorized access.
• No internet connection is required for core features.

Data persists on your device until you:

• Delete individual invoices within the app
• Use the "Clear All Data" option in the app
• Uninstall the app (all app data is automatically removed)

We do not store any of your data on remote servers and have no access to your information. Data cannot be recovered after uninstall. To request deletion of any data, simply uninstall the app or use the app's built-in data management features. For additional requests, contact us at the address below.

• Camera: To photograph invoices and POD. Only activated when you tap camera buttons. Photos saved locally only.
• Storage: To save and access photos. All data stored in the app's private directory.
• Location (Optional): For route optimization only. You can deny this permission and still use all other features.

Mobile Invoice Assistant is intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
